Fairman Knight and Sons UK Limited are very proud to announce a DWP SWAP initiative with Boston College in Lincolnshire. This initiative is one of the first in the County between a Sustainable Farming Business and the DWP and the College and we hope it will be a great way of bringing long term job opportunities to our region for Job Seekers of the local DWP offices. The SWAP allows them the chance to interview with Fairman Knight after a specially constructed 9 day course at Boston.
