The owner-operator of the UK’s largest operational commercial-scale insect Biotechnology Business, FKS, was built to turn local surplus food and farm waste into valuable, low-emissions products. We do this through bioconversion: using the Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) to convert organic waste into useful co-products, like Mouche Boule. In plain terms, we take unnecessary waste and transform it into ingredients that support a more resilient food system for the UK.

How to feed birds with Mouche Boule™
Place Mouche Boule™ in a suitable suet-ball feeder and provide fresh drinking water nearby. Feed throughout the year, particularly in colder weather, during the breeding season and at other times when birds need more energy. Keep feeding areas clean and remove any uneaten or spoiled food.
