We’re off to Glee 2026 to launch our new planet-smart products

FKS is excited to be heading to Glee 2026 this September alongside the NEC’s famous Autumn Fair event. We’ll be exhibting in the Glee First zone to introduce garden retail buyers to our new family of planet-smart products, all powered by Black Soldier Fly biology.

Taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 8–10 September, Glee brings together the garden, outdoor living and leisure industries, providing a national platform for new products, emerging brands and retail-ready innovation.

FKS will be exhibiting on Stand 20K22 in the Glee First zone, a dedicated area designed to spotlight younger, emerging and first-time Glee exhibitors. For FKS, the positioning reflects both the company’s stage of commercial growth and the ambition behind its new product family: to bring circular, science-led products into mainstream retail.

The appearance follows a period of strong recognition for FKS across the FPC Fresh Awards 2026, Global Good Awards 2026, and the Environment 100.

Together, these shortlistings (with winners to be revealed at ceremonies taking place throughout September) underline the growing awareness of FKS’s work to turn local surplus food and organic material into valuable, low-emissions outputs through insect biotechnology. At Glee, that same circular model will be translated for a new audience with a new range of garden-facing products designed to show how Black Soldier Fly biology can support soil health, plant growth, increased resilience and wildlife nutrition.

Julian Knight, Founder and CEO at FKS, said: “Glee is an incredible opportunity for us to bring the FKS story directly to the garden retail sector. Our recent awards and shortlistings have helped build momentum around the bigger circular economy work we are doing, but Glee will allow us to show what that looks like as a product family people can understand, stock and use.

“FKS was created to prove that surplus food and organic material can be treated as a valuable resource. Through Black Soldier Fly biology, we are creating outputs that support soil health, plant resilience, animal nutrition and more circular supply chains. Mouche Bouche, YASMINE™ and Mouche Boule each tell part of that story in a way that is practical, tangible and ready for retail.”

The stand will be led by Mouche Bouche, a distinctive soil health supplement made with frass from Black Soldier Fly larvae. Visitors will be able to see, feel and take home a sample of the product while learning more about the FKS circular system behind it.

FKS will also preview YASMINE™, a ready-to-use chitosan-based plant biostimulant that is totally new to the UK market. Designed to support root vitality, plant strength and natural resilience, YASMINE™ is also being showcased to buyers alongside Mouche Boule, a net-free, insect-protein-enriched suet ball created to support wild birds with high-energy nutrition.

Julian added: “We are not attending Glee simply to show a product. We are attending to start conversations with garden centres, independent retailers and buyers who are looking for products with a genuine story, clear consumer appeal and a credible sustainability foundation.

“Being part of Glee First feels like the right fit. These are new products, but they come from a serious, operational circular system. We are excited to show buyers what FKS is building and where this product family can go next.”

Visitors can find FKS at Stand 20K22 in the Glee First zone from 8–10 September 2026.
